2023 Mazda CX-3 Redesign Exterior, Interior, and Specs

2023 Mazda CX-3 Redesign – The arrival of the newer, larger-generation Mazda CX-3 2023 thrust the Mazda CX-3 into the shadows. Although other automakers offer smaller crossovers, the Mazda CX-3 is one of the smallest. However, standard safety features, pleasant handling, and urban style offset its limited interior with a TCC Rating of 6.2 out of 10 on previous models.

Mazda’s decision to streamline the CX-3 for the 2023 model to a single Sport trim suggests this is its final year. The tall hatchback looks more like an urban runabout along the Mini and Fiat lines than anything that can be considered off-road capable, even with all-wheel drive available. The 148-hp 2.0-litre inline-4 fits into its small size to provide decent acceleration, and its lightweight contributes to sporty handling.

2023 Mazda CX-3 Redesign

The 2023 Mazda CX-3 looks like a raised Mazda 3 hatchback. The long nose and short overhang are classic Mazda style, and the body line rises from the blunt front end above the wheel arch into a greenhouse that descends then grows backwards. This results in the 6th point.

The inside is less inspired because of the single trim. Elsewhere, Mazda pushes into the premium segment with a black interior highlighted by shiny chrome-like trim pieces. A mediocre solid style appears here, and three circular vents fit the three climate dials in an always striking way. But the touch screen mounted on the dashboard is the range, and the controller buttons in the console suck.

Interior Redesign

The black-clad cab design shows a spartan yet premium feel, but Mazda only offers 2023 CX-3 one-way. Fortunately, it covers the basics for comfort and security with a 7.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitors, adaptive cruise control, and more. It fared well in the crash test.

Engine, Transmission, and Performance

Weighing less than 3,000 pounds and with a relatively low driving altitude, the CX-3 looks like a lightweight hatchback, with graceful movement and decent acceleration derived from a small but hard 148-hp 2.0-litre inline-4 engine. This is 6.

The 6-speed automatic delivers power forward or wheels and stays high in the rotation range to pass through a good highway.  It comes with a front-wheel-drive or an all-wheel-drive option for $1,400. With MacPherson struts at the front and torsion beams at the rear, the Mazda CX-3 remains balanced and responsive enough in the front-wheel-drive, so we only recommend all-wheel drive for the northern climate.

Like in other Mazdas, precision steering keeps the driver connected to the road, and a steady ride pushes the turn at a higher speed, but the faster you go, the louder the sound.

2023 Mazda CX-3 Feature

The 2023 Mazda CX-3 comes with a 7.0-inch touchscreen with smartphone compatibility, keyless start and entry, basic fabric upholstery, and the outstanding safety features mentioned above. Mazda equips the latest generation CX-3 with all the latest driver safety and assistance features to help avoid and withstand collisions on highways filled with larger vehicles. NHTSA gave him five stars, although rear passengers may suffer more from side collisions. IIHS ranked him Top Safety Pick+, the highest safety honour.

2023 Mazda CX-3 Price

Just like the basics, for the most part. Adding an all-wheel-drive for $1,400 brings the price to $23,140, including a goal of $1,100. Add some red metallic paint, an all-weather floor mat, rear parking sensors, and an upgraded bumper that will probably crack $25,000.
